Apple Pie Smoothie

Some mornings you crave a bit of comfort! That’s when this Apple pie smoothie is best! Easy to whip up! and so delicious and comforting!

Give it a whizz! U will love it!

Ingredients:

Apple cored and cut into slices
rolled oats
chia seeds
2 dates

almond milk

cinnamon



Method:

  1. Add all the above ingredients to a blender.
  2. Adjust the amount of almond milk to the consistency you prefer.
  3. Serve chilled, with an extra sprinkling of cinnamon on the top.
