My first time making Bliss balls and I have to say I am very impressed. They are as easy to make as they say and just as delicious.
I am going to do some more experimenting with bliss balls, I want to make one with no nuts so its suitable for school lunchboxes and I think one using cocoa powder will be just heavenly.
In the meantime here is the recipe for Date Bliss balls:
Recipe:
Ingredients:
Dates
Hazelnuts
Honey
Peanut Butter
Cinnamon
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend coarsely.
- You could use peanut butter or honey for a sweetener. I have gone with both because I love the nuttiness of the nut butter and the sweetness of the honey.
- with your hands shape into balls.
- lightly dust with some cinnamon sugar or roll in desiccated coconut
