Mixed Berry Yoghurt Popsicle

This recipe is a great parenting win! I tell the kids “Eat all your veggies and finish all your homework and as a treat you can run around outside and have a Popsicle!”. And they think I am amazing! lol!

But this isn’t just a recipe for the little ones, this goes down a treat with my mates too! A couple of these, some good company, lots of laughs! Ah! Fun times!

Right so lets get cracking with this recipe!

 

Recipe for yogurt Popsicle:

Ingredients:
Bag of Orchard Gold Mixed Berry (You can use what ever fruit you like)
One Banana
Manuka (or any other you can lay your hands on) honey
Cinnamon
Yogurt

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Add the blended yogurt mixture to the molds. Freeze for a couple of hours. Enjoy!

These Popsicle are delicious and healthy because its all natural sugars from the honey and fruit! My kids love it and I am happy to give it to them because its got no nasty bits in it!
