If you are anything like me, you love your snacks!
I am forever hungry and if I don’t have my snacks pre prepared I will devour everything and anything is sight!
So here are some of my favorites:
- PopcornPopcorn makes a great lunchbox addition too! It is super easy to make!
Add butter to a large pot with a clear lid, Then once the butter has melted sprinkle in salt and seasoning. Then pour in the corn kernels. Cover and watch them pop!
- Roasted chickpeasSo yummy and so nutritious too ! Check out the simple recipe by clicking the link! These are great to thro into your salad too for that extra crunch!

- Guacamole and chipsSomething about guacamole just screams out Spring! I love the freshness of the tomatoes the tang of the lemon and the creaminess of the avocados! Check out the recipe by clicking on the link!
- Edamame Beans
Edamame beans are a very recent addition to my healthy snack lists! I didn’t realize they were such high sources of protein! Garlic and chili is one of my favorite seasonings, you could try ginger and lemon , I reckon that would be delicious too!!
I keep these snacks on hand in the pantry or fridge so that when hunger strikes I can quickly whip them up! The kids love them too! What are your go to snacks?
